1. Ignition method: automatic/manual combination
2. Control mode: automatic/manual; Adopting functions such as combustion program controller control, flame tracking monitoring, flameout alarm, rapid gas cut-off, gas low-pressure protection, manual opening and closing of air volume valve, and manual thermal load adjustment;
3. Combustion method: It has the characteristics of single gas, single fuel oil, and mixed combustion of oil and gas. During the normal combustion process, there is no flashback, no misfire, and no flameout. Combustion control program: start → start the fan → manually open the air volume control valve to clear the chamber → start the combustion program controller → manually close the air volume control valve → open the high-energy igniter → open the ignition solenoid valve → flame tracking monitoring (open the main combustion gas valve → manually open the air volume control valve) → manually adjust the fuel valve and air volume valve → return to the normal combustion rated working state → flame extinguishing (In case of malfunction, the engine will shut off and the gas will be automatically cut off) → Stop.

Working principle and characteristics of 1. Working principle
The gas sent from the gas pipeline is injected into the combustion chamber through the solenoid valve or electric control valve, gas distributor and nozzle, and forms mixed gas in the combustion chamber through the strong collision of the shaft, radial direction and cyclone separator, which is ignited by high-energy electrons, immediately produces combustion, forms a stable flow flame, and sends it to the furnace. When the flame enters the furnace, the gas mixes again with the air that supports combustion, forming semi internal mixing and semi diffusion combustion. In terms of air fuel ratio, the supporting combustion air is proportionally adjusted with gas flow to achieve full mixing and complete combustion. To ensure the safe operation of the burner under rated thermal load, photosensitive elements are used to track and monitor flames. Once a fire extinguishing fault occurs, the program controller will immediately issue a command to close the gas valve and give a timely alarm. The fan automatically removes residual gas from the furnace. After the internal combustible gas is discharged, implement a re ignition procedure again. In terms of heat load regulation, the temperature/pressure control area (or set working point) is automatically and randomly adjusted according to the requirements of the production process.
2. Main Features
1) According to the installation position and load size, the structure of the burner is: integrated and split.
2) Regardless of the thermal load of the burner, an ignition gun is installed in the combustion chamber to achieve light load ignition and work under heavy load, effectively preventing the occurrence of furnace explosion accidents.
3) The heat load regulation ratio is large (30-110%), and the heat load can be changed at any time according to the production process requirements. Realize proportional adjustment in the wind fuel ratio, achieve complete combustion, effectively save energy, prevent combustible gas emissions into the atmosphere, and protect the surrounding environment.
4) High combustion efficiency (≥ 98%).
