Daily maintenance
1. Always keep all surfaces clean.
When the equipment is shut down, all rotations of the quick opening blind plate (flange cover) should be lubricated in a timely manner according to regulations. The screws of the opening and closing components should be coated with lubricating grease. Other parts should also be coated with lubricating grease. For lubricating grease parts, 10 # or 20 # oil can be injected.
Maintenance during operation
1. It is recommended that the operator be responsible for the daily maintenance of the equipment.
2. Always keep the equipment surface clean.
3. Monitor the reading of the differential pressure gauge at any time. When the pressure difference reaches 0.2Mpa, the filter element should be flushed.
Inspection cycle
1. Regular inspections of this equipment must be carried out strictly in accordance with the relevant provisions of Chapter 6 of the "Capacity Regulations".
2. A comprehensive inspection of the equipment should be conducted at least once a year, measuring the wall thickness of the equipment, and conducting non-destructive testing of the pressure welds of the equipment every two years. All inspection and test results should be recorded in the technical documents of the equipment.
When there is pressure inside the equipment, maintenance is not allowed. For maintenance under special circumstances, it is necessary to strictly follow the provisions of Article 122 of the Regulations.
Maintenance during parking
When parking the equipment, the liquid in the equipment should be drained.
2. Close all valves.
3. Thoroughly clean the surface of the equipment.
4. All rotating parts are coated with anti lubricating grease.
5. Cover all equipment with canvas to prevent dust and dirt from depositing on the surface of the equipment.
