Methanol boiler does save money than diesel boiler, so which one is better than the two oil-fired boilers?
The advantages of methanol boiler can be shown as follows:
1. Methanol is a new type of energy that does not pollute the environment and can be used in industrial parks and urban areas;
2. The working noise is low, the integrated fan is operated by the burner, and the servo motor is automatically controlled. The noise is less than 60 dB, which will not cause noise pollution to the surrounding environment;
3. It has a wide range of energy sources. Methanol is a biofuel with a wide range of sources. It is sold in major cities across the country, and the energy used is easy to obtain;
4. There is no need for opening fee. The opening of natural gas pipeline requires a large amount of opening fee, which can be saved by methanol boiler;
5. The fuel cost is low. Compared with natural gas and oil, the cost of methanol is low, which can effectively save operating expenses.
Diesel engine has excellent performance, but it produces serious pollution during combustion. Carbon dioxide, nitrogen oxide, etc. will be generated during the combustion of diesel engine. The operation of boiler will also produce discharged sewage. The softened water regenerant will also produce waste water, washing water, etc.
3、 Can methanol and diesel be used together?
The answer is no. Although methanol and ethanol belong to oil-fired boilers, the combustion modes of the two fuels are quite different. Although methanol and diesel are both petroleum fuels, there are essential differences between them. Methanol is highly volatile and corrosive, and the atomization mechanism during combustion is different. Therefore, if the diesel boiler needs to use methanol, the original diesel burner and pipeline system should be replaced by methanol burner and pipeline system.
