The role of fuel and spare parts for gas burners in daily use
Common burners include fuel and gas burners. The fuel for gas burners includes natural gas, liquefied gas, and city gas. The following mainly discusses the role of fuel and spare parts for gas burners in daily use.
Natural gas: Natural gas refers to the gas fuel directly obtained from nature, which can only be extracted and collected. The main component of natural gas is methane.  
Liquefied gas: Liquefied gas is a portion of hydrocarbons obtained as by-products during the oil extraction and refining process. The main components of liquefied gas are propane, propylene, butane, and butene. Liquefied gas transforms from a gaseous state to a liquid state, reducing its volume by 250 times.
Urban gas: Urban gas refers to the gas produced by processing coal as raw material. Its main components are hydrogen gas, carbon monoxide, etc.  
Gas burners can be divided into diffusion type, atmospheric pressure type, and flameless type according to their combustion methods. Diffusion type: The air required for combustion is not pre mixed with the gas. Atmospheric type: Part of the air required for combustion is pre mixed with the gas. Flameless type: All the air required for combustion is pre mixed with the gas
The gas burner can be divided into two types according to its regulation method: two-stage regulation and proportional regulation. The two-stage burner can only be divided into high fire and low fire; The proportional adjustment burner can operate at any load point.  
Composition of gas burner: generally, it consists of burner shell, program controller, fan, servo motor, gas butterfly valve, combustion head, ionization electrode or ultraviolet lamp, flame stabilizing plate, gas valve (including ball valve, expansion joint, filter, pressure regulating valve, solenoid valve, ignition solenoid valve, etc.).  
The function of each part of the burner: The burner shell is the carrier of each part, and there are many parts fixed on the shell; The program controller is a device used to control the ignition program of the burner; A device that drives the impeller in the fan room to provide sufficient air for combustion; The servo motor is used to control the opening of the air door and the opening of the gas butterfly valve, that is, to control the ratio of air volume to gas volume to achieve complete combustion. The combination of ionization electrode and ultraviolet lamp with oil burner has the same function as the electric eye, which is used to detect the presence of flames. If the flame does not exist, it will be protected and shut down; There is a pair of ignition electrodes and gas nozzles on the combustion head, which output high-voltage ignition through a transformer to ignite the gas sprayed from the nozzle; The flame stabilizing plate is a device used to adjust the ratio of direct current and cyclone; The ball valve in the gas valve group is a shut-off device that cuts off gas supply and when not in use; During installation, expansion joint is used to reduce the generation of gas valve group. The filter is used to filter impurities in the gas to prevent impurities from damaging the equipment; The regulating valve can be used to regulate the gas pressure from the gas pressure regulator, so that the pressure is suitable for the gas consumption of the burner; The ignition solenoid valve is used to release ignition gas and ignite a small fire first;  
Burner operation program: After the burner is turned on, the output signal fan of the burner program controller starts running, and the servo motor drives the air door to the full load position for pre blowing. After pre blowing, the servo motor drives the damper back to the ignition position. At this point, the high-voltage ignition electrode output from the ignition transformer is ignited, and the ignition solenoid valve simultaneously opens the branch gas. If the ignition is successful, the main solenoid valve opens to ignite the flame, and the program will continuously change the size of the load according to the heat demand. If the ignition is unsuccessful, the ionization electrode or electric eye cannot detect the flame, the program terminates, and the solenoid valve closes.
