Low nox combustion technology is applied to this series of multi-fuel burner. Herein, fuels are burnt and air is supplied by stage; coal, gas and oil are burnt integrally and effectively. Wen fuel gas and oil are used, air is supplied in four times; when coal is used, air is supplied in three times, so as to realize combustion by stage and section and reduce emission of NOx. This is a internationally advanced multi-fuel combustion technology. While using, select fuel to enter the corresponding program mode of the fuel and carry out the full automatic intelligent run of the fuel; it can be converted automatically and safely and check the system by itself. When pulverized coal combustion is selected, it also runs and controls automatically and intelligently and can save 50~100% fuel cost.


Pulverized coal combustion system
The internationally advanced low nox combustion technology is applied to this series of pulverized coal burner. Herein, fuels are burnt and air is supplied by stage; while burning pulverized coal, “air-coal separation”, “flaring multi-disc combustion stabilizer”, “stage combustion” and “coal surrounded by air” technologies are applied; air is supplied externally for three times, so as to realize staged combustion and reduce emission of NOx effectively.
Main features of the pulverized coal burner:
There is a 3-stage pulverized coal concentrator in the primary air channel which separates air and coal of the primary mixer. The flaring multi-disc combustion stabilizer is installed at outside of the central air duct. The air flow of pulverized coal at the peak valley enters the central backflow area directly; the air flow of pulverized coal at the peak point enters the radial backflow area; the backflow pulverized coal and high temperature flue gas are mixed violently to separate out volatile combustible gas and burn pulverized coal at stable poor-oxygen state, so as to reduce emission of NOx and improve the capability of combustion stabilization at low load.
The transitional direct air is set at the external layer of the primary air to strengthen air staging; the swirling gas is set at outside to prevent pulverized coal from expanding outward too quickly;
The secondary air is the direct air which ensures sufficient combustion and prevent coking phenomenon effectively;
The tertiary air reduces high temperature of the flame tube and enables the residual pulverized coal to be exhausted quickly.
